Harnessing Resilience and Agility in Human Resources

The COVID19 Pandemic has made having agility in your teams essential for it to succeed.

However, as many people soon noticed for HR it seems many teams simply aren’t set up to do so. A recent report by Sage explores highlights this as “29% of 500 global HR and People leaders told us they were organised for agility – and that was before the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic”.

This means that many HR teams were not equipped to handle and quickly respond to the pandemic and its aftermath.

With the pandemic changing the way we behave and work in so many ways it’s more important than ever to have agility and resilience in every sector, especially HR.
